"The rooms and property inside and out were clean. Pool area and outside patio clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good; had lots of options. Joy was soo nice and very accommodating to all guests. She continually was cleaning and checking if anyone needed anything at breakfast and had a very pleasant and kind demeanor. Exceptional lady! "

"Easy access to the Ohio University campus and downtown Athens. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It’s a nice bonus to have a nice restaurant and bar available on site!"

"The cabin was clean, and the air conditioning great. It rained but the covered deck made it possible to sit outside and relish in the beautiful views of the river. We saw an eagle fly overhead and land in a tree across the river. Was quite surprised that there wasn't more wildlife. Spiders (brown recluse and others) and wasps were a bit of a nuisance, the deck and outside area could use a good sweeping. Overall...it was just what we needed, a nice place to kick back, relax and enjoy the outdoors. Thank you !!!"
