「Beautiful place. Staff was friendly 」

「The room had stained sheets, dirty wash cloths in the shower, holes in the towels. The hallways was full of guest going room to room drinking and smoking until 2am. The walls are thin and you can hear everything on the other side. I travel 30+ weeks a year things worst hotel I’ve been in 10 years」

「Close to Interstate, easy access in and out. Large hotel, I stayed in a 2 Queen suite, affordable rate for the size room, 3rd floor has great WI-FI. The indoor pool is heated and the hot tub is nice. Bathroom was large with plenty of counter space. Good size closet and large desk with an office chair. Breakfast was pretty good, coffee available (no french vanilla creamer though). Staff was friendly. I would stay again, I've stayed at several Comfort Suites. Easily becoming a new favorite hotel...

「I hate giving bad reviews but the the Microtel is in very poor condition. There was a broken cart sitting next to the front desk. A bed pad was covering something in the hall next to the broken cart. There was a hole in the ceiling exposing a broken pipe. A bucket on the floor was collecting water underneath the ceiling opening. That was in the first six feet. I could go on but I think that paints a good picture of the condition. Staff was very nice but the hotel needs a extreme makeover. :-(」

「When you're in the middle of renovations, it would be good to indicate that somewhere. Instead I walked into a hotel that had no ice, little vending, no equipment in the fitness room, and only one of two elevators functioning. The first room I was placed in should NOT have been an option because it had no coffee maker, tissues, soap, alarm clock, phone, USB port, or batteries in the remote. They have a list of rooms being renovated, but I got put in one anyway. I got moved into a second room...

「This is an old hotel right on the Ohio River with river views from the lobby and lounge. The rooms were clean and bright with good amenities. A refrigerator would be a welcome addition but there wasn't a lot of space to add one in the room we stayed in. The town was the launch point for settlers into the "Great Northwest Territory" so there is a lot of history here with riverboats as a central theme. 「Pool is closed and empty, parking is good, staff was friendly. If your looking for a clean bed only then this is for you. No frills, no in room coffee, maybe in lobby if yor lucky.」
