「少し郊外にありましたが、周辺が静かでゆっくり過ごせました。部屋が綺麗でした。 スタッフの方々も丁寧でとてもわかりやすく案内していただけました。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かっていただき助かりました。スタッフさんから提案していただき、気兼ねなく預けられたのが良かったです。 すぐ隣にスーパーも入っており便利でした。 市内までの移動は時間がかかりますが、また泊まりたいと思う施設でした。」

「This place is not fit for purpose. We attempted to park in the car park to check in but it was full of damaged vehicles haphazardly covering the spaces. The paths and stairwells were full of rubbish, dirty laundry and disused and damaged furniture. The pool was a cesspit. We opened the door to room 46 and were instantly repelled by the smell of stale tobacco. The room would not have been out of place in ‘The Shining’. 「Couple of things to be aware of, byo towels and war plugs if you dislike traffic noise. Central tram to city stopping literally outside the door. Clean and basic fit out. 」

「Fantastic location but could only recommend for Summer stay- its quite a chiily room - ( be EXTREMELY cold in Melb winter)Owners on hand regularly but do be careful not to lose anything or mark anything! You WILL be charged accordingly ( we lost the remote!) 」

「Top location for a Brunswick break. Great to have off street parking and access to public transport. We walked the nearby linear park. The apartment is very well appointed and spacious by Melbourne standards for our household of 3 adults.」

「The home is a great location for public transported, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants, etc. I used the front and back house. The front house is a little dated. The windows and doors are old and have character, but some of the doors and windows do not seal properly which causes insects to get into the house.
