「My son and I traveled from Massachusetts we visited the American Dream Mall and Six Flags. We checked in on Thursday and checked out on Sunday. We picked this hotel for the distance of our stops and the price for the stay. And for what we needed this hotel was perfect. The lobby was clean the attendant who checked us in was polite and very nice. The room was clean had the basic essentials that we needed the ac worked very nicely. 「Safety Box could not be used because the physical key could not be found in the room. We noticed the front but they told the key must be found around the Safety Box. 」

「ホテルに到着してレンタカーのタイヤがパンクして困っていたのですが、フロントのスタッフの女性がレンタカー会社やタイヤ修理の会社に電話してくれたりと親身になって対応してくださり助けてくれました。 私は英語が苦手で自分で電話をして事細かく説明することが難しかったので、本当に助かりました。 ホテルは清潔感があり、コーヒーや紅茶などフリードリンクもあり、とても快適に過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。」

「We could not close the dead bolt on the door, there were no basic amenities like hangers, closet, iron box or hair dryer. Had to go pick up the hair dryer myself from the front lobby and the person actually asked to bring it back to him. They might not even clean the room, for the cleaning lady to pick it up.」

「送迎を無料でしてくれるというので、このホテルに決めたが、5泊のうち、すんなりできたのは2回だけ。あとは予約帳に記載されてなかったり、忘れられていたり。とにかく毎回確認してもうまくいかない。結局チェックアウトの時まで続いてうんざりさせられた。他人のものと思われる高額な会計が毎日こちらに表示されていて、何度もフロントに言っても「大丈夫」というだけでそのまま。ついてるはずの朝食も込みになっていないと言われる。いちいち手間がかかり、とてもストレスフルな滞在だった。」
