「Nearly empty hotel but was put in riverfront premium room with ac units macinery outside windows that were very loud. In addition, river boat/fishing boat related industry outside the hotel that had loud machinery working off and on all night. It was unfortunate because the hotel is quaint, staff pleasant, but I just couldn't sleep with the sounds. 」

「Room was decent, okay clean, bed comfortable, good tv channel selection and reception, bathroom was clean. The staff was nice friendly helpful. Building condition: poor, very outdated with visible damage, rug stains in hallways, needs vacuuming, torn and stained bedspreads in another room we saw; outside window frames rusted and need painting, sidewalks very dirty need washing. Nice lady at front desk who checked us in said hotel is in the process of being renovated; hopefully there will be...
