"I accident left my closet full of designer items, some with tags still attached. A person called and advised we had accidentally left them and gave instructions how we could have them shipped. We called the shipping center and spoke back with this hotel and advised them to drop off at the package center. A week later they have not been dropped off and so I called the hotel to follow up. I was advised they don't know who was going to do that but they all thought my clothes were really nice things, so pretty and some even had price tags still attached. We all just loved your taste in clothes and “did you know you left your glasses in A coat pocket?”. Supposedly the person they think was handling this matter had a death in the family 5 days ago, they aren’t sure. Staff person doesn’t even know where my designer clothes are currently. No really sure what to think at this point."

"We are very pleased in our short stay here, the heated pool and quietness of the surroundings made our staycation relaxing and fun. Many thanks to the excellent staff, they are very helpful and friendly especially to Ms. Joy, who’s very attentive of our needs and hospitable. We are definitely going back here and we highly recommend this hotel."

"Out dated and not up to embassy suite standards"

"No beach view; room had a bad smell maintenance came and sprayed but the smell never went away. Had to go buy febreeze and still didn’t take away the smell. They charged our card before we ever checked in, checked in at 9:30pm Friday night and card was charged at 7am that morning. Staff was friendly and helpful but breakfast was just ok, not a lot of choices and food not fresh. "

" This hotel needs some major room updates. For the price you pay, the rooms are just outdated. What i saw in the pictures for our room is not what we got. We booked an ocean front only to see the palm trees out our balcony instead of the ocean. Don"

"Great location but the hotel is dated. Front desk was unorganized but the maintenance woman was great. "

"The room was not touched during our stay. No restocking of coffee or cups. Toilet cut on and off all night, which we reported but had no attempt to fix. (It probably needed a new flapper. The desk ladies and the breakfast crew were phenomenal and always one step ahead of your needs. The breakfast was delicious."
