「Good stay」

「ホテルがビーチフロントにあり素敵でした。部屋は広かったですがビーチが見えない部屋だったので、それだけが残念でした。」

「I was looking be for around beverly hills . It was a relatively cheap hotel in the area. So I didn't have high expectations, but it was very nice and clean. If I go to LA again I would like to stay here again.」

「Really good location, it was a nice 1 week stay in Venice beach. Just 1 min. walk to the beach! Our party was 6 ppl including kids. I felt the capacity was not enough for 6 ... maybe for 4 adults. If there was a cleaning and linen service for long stay guests, that would be perfect. 」

「3泊しました 部屋が広くて料理　洗濯ができるため ホテルより便利です フロントがなくメールの説明でチェックインするため 車を止めて部屋に入るのにちょっと迷いました ベニスビーチまで近く毎朝快適に散歩ができました」

「2日の滞在でしたが寒かったので毛布のリクエストをしましたが、ホテル形式の宿で無いため、メールでリクエストしなくてはならず、すぐに持ってきて貰えず寒い夜をすごしました。台所用品も揃っていますが、あまり清潔感が無く、ベッドも埃っぽく備え付けのテーブルも汚なかったです。クローゼットも無く使い勝手が悪いです。電話も目覚まし時計も備え付けではありません。 1階のタイ料理レストランは、清潔感もあり美味しかったです。通りを挟み小さなスーパーもあり、便利でした。近くにはレストランが沢山あるので便利です。」

「Clean spacious and lovely Apartment. Responsive hosts who came out on a Sunday to fix the bed frame after an issue with it without fuss. 」

「Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was nice and very close to the Long Beach Convention center. Basically, it only took 4-5 minutes to walk there from the dock. Additionally, there are several restaurants and a few shops in the immediate vicinity. The primary concerns were the number of homeless people surrounding the area and the somewhat limited parking for overnight accommodations. Overall, it was a memorable experience. 」

「I went to see friends in the area. I was happy with my stay, however, there is some up keep needed such as the windows not all locked or were needing to ne replaced. I felt safe so that wasn't a concern. Getting to the water wasn't easy-going. A better pathway diwn would be nice. I use to live in the area so my review reflects being not just a guest but a former local.」

You really can’t ask for much when staying literally on the water but I would say this place has everything you need to survive and have a good time! 「This was our first time to the island. We had a great time, the host was very helpful, the property was as described. The view all throughout the day from the balcony was amazing and the golfcart they provided was great, it came with a stereo system so we were able to enjoy our trip around the island to the fullest.」
