「We were excited to visit the Avon Inn and it exceeded our expectations. It is a delightful hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was big, with a comfortable bed and in room gas fireplace. The co-owner Jen was lovely to speak to and the history of the hotel is fascinating. Special shoutout to the awesome pool table in the lobby - it is an awesome statement piece and a great use of the space to socialize being right next to the restaurant. We did not get to try the restaurant but the menu...

「The room was not worth the cost. Thankfully we only needed it for 1 night for a wedding nearby but the bed was awful. Check in was confusing, it was at the bar. We could deal with it being less eye appealing if the price matched it. Would not recommend. 」

「Very spacious place for our family」

「This was the ideal place for what I needed. Total disconnect from everything! We were greeted by Dave, really nice guy. He oriented us to the cabin and surroundings. Cabin was very clean, welcoming, and looked like the pics. Dave had the wood burning stove going for us. The property is nestled in acres of wooded landscape. The next day we hiked for 4+ hrs, exploring as much as possible. I didn't want to leave. I will definitely go back!」

「The view was amazing, however, the cabin was very rustic—one step above tent camping. Floor littered with dead bugs, hanging dirty dishes. Basic bathroom accommodations quite a distance away. The horses were beautiful and trail-ride was great. The trail included a varied terrain. Loved the incorporation of yoga」

「The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking. The lighting could be improved throughout the house. With 6 bedrooms, there is plenty of seating for dining-note the two tables are in separate rooms. The furniture throughout is adequate. Plenty of seating in the LR and porch areas. The house was clean - if you have high expectations please remember this is a house in a rural & forested area, there will be spiders. We only saw a few.
