「Great time, great people…Juan Jose, Oscar and Angel were all great!!! Until next year!」

「I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience at Excellence El Carmen—an absolute paradise! The staff here are phenomenal, demonstrating incredible professionalism, helpfulness, and a consistently warm, positive attitude. The daily activities were highly engaging, and the culinary experience was a true highlight of our trip. Every meal was pristine, beautifully prepared, and tasted as though it was crafted by world-class chefs. During our 10-day stay, the resort truly felt like a home away...

「espectacular」

「Amazing staff」

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. However, there were a few issues we’d like to share as feedback. We had previously arranged a surprise for our anniversary, but communication stopped and it was never carried out. Also, towels were not replenished despite our request. On our last morning, we also found a very large cockroach in the bathroom. We understand this may happen in tropical areas, but we wanted to inform you. We hope this feedback helps improve future guests’ experiences.」
