「Main pool needs re tiling but staff made for any deficy」

「The pool and beach are nice. However, the hospitality and other items (see below) were very poor and made me feel very uncomfortable throughout my stay. We had to wait more than 2 hours for check-in. The room was double-booked and there was a different family staying in the room. There was no apology for this, and it took another hour for the room to be offered again. 「The property is very nice indeed! The set-up is easily walkable and the scenery is very serene and good for photos or just enjoying as you walk around. On occasion, staff seemed bothered or irritable if you asked questions or asked for help - this was especially true in the restaurants. Wait staff didn't want to be bothered.
