「Family friendly, staff very nice and friendly, 3 pools to choose from only one of them was 2 days not clean good/enough. Apartment was very good, nice amazing view, but the couches in the living room were dirty and we cover them with the white bed sheets. We had a lot of towels , even for beach but we supposed to ask to come and change them, if not not sure when was the schedule for that. Elevator not working for more than 5 days and supposed to carry all the luggages and groceries, we stood 10...

「Security process is disorganized you need a QR code to enter the campus and they didt it wrong so it expired early and we spent 1 hour arguing trying to get a new one cause you need ID and my ID was in the condo, people at the front desk of location are clueless and when you ask for help with a restaurant someone said "go to Wendys".
