We give the highest marks to the excellent property management, the location and beach are really beautiful there’s construction going on but since we expend our days at the beach we almost didn’t feel it. Alvar, the property manager is great to work with and I always feel relieved that he will be handling the details of my stay. This year there was an issue with the less than 1 year old water heater not working. Alvar was immediately on it trying to get it rectified and keeping me informed on every step of the repairs. "The bathroom was. nasty, the bathroom was never cleaned including the shower, sink and everything else. Also the kitchenette was terrible with nasty old pan and smell like toilet.
