「Desde el momebtobque entramos al cuarto era obviobque olia a cigarro. No hay nadie en recepcion que pueda ayudar. Al otro dia nonquisieron cambiarnos el cuarto y solo despues de quejarnos con expedia y con la administracion ofrecieron cambiarnos pero pagando la limpieza de 100 euros por el primer cuarto. 「We had an absolutely perfect stay. Even though we were there in the rain the hotel couldn’t have been better. Spotlessly clean even in stairways. Breakfast was excellent and the evening snacks while completely unexpected were top notch. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming right from arrival to checkout and in the cafe.
