The staff was all wonderful. The front desk people George and Elane were excellent at their jobs. Great food at this hotel. Location is above town a pretty good hike down and back but they are also more then willing to drive you wherever you need. They pick us up at train station right on time. Spectacular pool big and beautiful. Restaurant servers have real class. Views are beautiful from hotel.

Absolutely amazing hotel!

Everything was fine, except a tiny bad experience at the reception, where they even after me showing them that I pre-paid for the stay through Hotels.com, forced me to pay that amount again and charged me for the second time. Then I had to contact Hotels.com support service to help me to solve this. Which happened. Operator of Hotels.com called the hotel and they refunded the amoun to me. So all in all no problem at the end, but it was frustrating and I would expect such mistakes at some 2star hotel or B&B place, not such fancy and expensive hotel like this one. Other than that, everything was absolutely amazing and you're going to LOVE this hotel so much it will stay in your travels memories forever.
