Grosszügige Hotelanlage

Weitläufige und grosse Hotelanlage. Alle Gebäude sind bequem unterirdisch miteinander verbunden, was ein riesiger Vorteil ist bei schlechtem Wetter, wie während meinem Besuch. Wellness ist Top und sehr gepflegt. Zimmer war gross und gut ausgestattet. Badezimmerdesign ist geschmacksache :-) Das Abendessen (mehrere Gänge) waren ausgezeichnet und das Frühstückbuffet reichhaltig!! Gerne wieder...

Nicht zufrieden mit der Preisgestaltung, Der Zimmerpreis im Zimmeraushang war um 50€ Pro Nacht niedriger als der von Ebookers angegebene den wir auch zahlen mußten.Das ist der Preis für die Juniorsuite. Wir fühlten uns veräppelt.

Il soggiorno al Larchenhof è sempre di livello. Ottime camere, cucina, personale, piscine e saune. Unico appunto, quest'anno ho notato che le piscine avrebbero avuto bisogno di un po' di pulizia.

Eine wahnsinnige Vielfalt und schöne Aussicht

Das Hotel verfügt über eine super Wellnessanlage auch das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr kinderfreundlich! Es gibt aber auch viele Kinder freie Zonen ... Circa 15 Minuten Vormund hell entfernt gibt es eine Art kleinen Bauernhof das ist für Kinder natürlich toll !

Alles soweit ok im Hotel, wirklich perfekter Service, aber doch eine kleine Anmerkung ("merkern" auf wirklich hohem Niveau): die Zimmer im Schlösselhof sollten langsam mal renoviert werden (die Bäder !)

We came for a week vacation. Unfortunately, my mother passed away during my stay (on day 3). I was told the sad news at midnight and so the next morning I asked to check out and go home for the funeral. The manager - Mrs. Mathe insisted that I pay for the full week. It took a lot of convincing to reduce her to paying for one extra night. I felt it was rude and very insensitive. I must point out, that the ski rental and ski pass were immediately fully refunded and Lufthansa waived the the changing fee. Only this hotel insisted on getting the extra night.
