The staff was all wonderful. The front desk people George and Elane were excellent at their jobs. Great food at this hotel. Location is above town a pretty good hike down and back but they are also more then willing to drive you wherever you need. They pick us up at train station right on time. Spectacular pool big and beautiful. Restaurant servers have real class. Views are beautiful from hotel.

Frühstück und Poolbereich super!

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, Frühstücksbüffet sowie Sauna-und Poolbereich toll. Leider ist der Check-in erschwert, da die Hotel-Zufahrt meist zugeparkt ist und man ein ganzes Stück weg parken muß, um dann zu Fuß zum Check in zu gelangen. Beim Check in wird einem nicht zu Gästekarte wie sonst überall üblich direkt ausgehändigt, sondern nur auf Nachfrage.

Inoubliable Kitzbühel

Bel hôtel de catégorie supérieure, accueil chaleureux et humain. Bien situé en montagne et en retrait du village ( environ 10 minutes de marche). Devant la piste Streif ( Coupe du monde ski). Stationnement gratuit, bon service 24 hres. Le personnel est souriant et attentif. Bonne qualité de nourriture ( souper et déjeuner) et emplacement très propre. Grande chambre, et vue panoramique extraordinaire sur le village de Kitzbühel. Il en est de même pour la piscine panoramique au niveau supérieure (bravo au concepteur). Possibilité de randonnée à l’hôtel vers le lac Schwarzsee ( très charmant). Je retournerai à cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation, après tout il faut s’offrir du luxe on est à Kitzbühel n’est-ce pas!😉

Schön, schöner, am schönsten…

Wir wurden super freundlich in Empfang genommen, das gesamte Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und lieb. Den Munich Mule hätte ich allerdings gerne aus dem richtigen Mule-Becher statt aus dem Glas getrunken. Auch hätten wir gerne auf der Sonnenterrasse ein Getränk zu uns genommen, aber es gab keine Kunststoffbecher mehr. Alles Andere war wirklich wunderbar. Ich habe meinen Geburtstag gefeiert und ohne, dass wir etwas bestellt hätten, gab es eine kleine Überraschung.
