「It’s good to spend a night when stopping for resting after driving several hours. 」

「It was what you would expect of a budget hotel property. Nothing special, although the room was remodeled in the not-too-distant past. Front desk staff and check-in and out seemed a little off-putting, not the friendly, helpful sort that I was used to. The biggest downside was their guest policy. I was advised by a rather large sign inside the very SMALL lobby, that only the named persons on the card that you filled out could occupy the room. What is the deal with this???? I have had this...

「The place was fine for a nights stay traveling through the area. I really like a fridge at least in the room. There was none. That’s my biggest issue. This was our first time ever staying at a sleep inn. If I had too would stay again but but not top of my list. 」

「Even in the middle of major construction, property was well above expectations! Customer service excellent with staff going above and beyond 」

「I used this place on the way to a long distance trip for work. When I tried to use the coin laundry at 5am, I was told that it was open from 7am, so I changed my plans. But this time, I was told that it was only available at 7:30am. "Harassment?" The staff here have no respect for their guests. They were very arrogant. What do they think of their guests' time?」

「プレシャスモーメントチャペルに行くために、1泊して来ました。 値段の割に非常に素晴らしい接客とサービスで大満足でした。 また、部屋にもプレシャスモーメントの絵画が飾ってあったりフロント付近には人形があったりと好きな方にはたまらない施設です。 それ以外は全く普通のインですので、贅沢を言えば、客室内のボールペン位はライセンスを取って専用にして貰えたらと思いました。 唯一残念だった点をあげるとすれば、前の日に宿泊した人の食べ残しが冷蔵庫に入っていた点くらいですね。」

「FANTASTIC hotel. This made me want to always book home wood suites for our stays from now on. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms layout was perfect. Very happy with our stay!」

「The room was clean and pretty quiet. Breakfast was good. Bed wasn't the most comfortable I've slept in but was ok. All in all a good stay for the money 」
