「We requested a room with microwave, refrigerator, shower and a king size bed and our request was granted all. Everything was very comfortable and our car was parked close to our window. Staff was friendly and helpful. If you make a reservation between Monday-Thursday the rates are very reasonable. We were a couple of blocks away from the casino also. Also if you make a reservation directly on their website when you finalize your payment you get an automatic 15% discount. We will be going back...

「Not the worst, but definitely not seeing its maximum potential. Needs meticulous attention to details instead of slapping on some paint and wallboard. The sink was stopped up and needs to be replaced with something more appealing. Only one small trash can in the unit and not in the bathroom. No bath mat to prevent stepping onto wet tile floor from shower causing me to fall. We stayed 2 nights but was only given 2 towels and no housekeeping for our entire stay. 「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely return. The property has been newly renovated with a modern, stylish design that made the entire resort feel fresh and welcoming. Our room was exceptionally spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The check-in process was quick and easy. 「Great location - although lots of stairs if that's an issue. The property is beautiful and within easy walking distance to downtown Highlands. The lobby and bar looked really nice, and we were looking forward to coming back from dinner and grabbing a cocktail, and just hanging out, but were told at 730pm that there was a private party and that those areas were closed off to guests. I don't think I have ever heard of closing the lobby to guests - pretty disappointing.」

「Would been great but it took 20 mins and I kid you not 20 mins for the water to get hot. We moved the chair in the corner by the table and all underneath it and behind it was full of dead bugs where the maids had not bothered to pull out and sweep behind of underneath it. My nephew was 4 doors down and went to take a shower but had no shower curtain. Seems that this place is going down hill a little since new owners took over.」

「A very nice property and clean. Expected more of the continental breakfast menu. Was used to bacon, sausage and eggs at other hotels we’ve stayed in. Still waiting for our receipt, counter person said we’ll receive it on email. Said they don’t have that option when it’s 3rd party booking.」

「Tired property. Room had a very musty smell. They did have an air purifier and dehumidifier in the room but the musty odor hit you the minute you entered. Mattress seemed old and was uncomfortable. On the plus side the room included a small fridge and in room coffee. The property had a nice restaurant on-site.」

「We were allowed to check in a little early, since our room was ready. The room was clean and plenty big. The pool and whirlpool are covered, which was nice to not have to worry about sunscreen. There is an area outside to lay in the sun. Breakfast was simple, but adequate. This property is very centrally located between Smoky Mt Park, Galveston/Pidgeon Forge, Ashville, etc. We stayed in Maggie Valley all week and went in a new direction each day. Judging by all the paper cups full of cig butts on ledges outside every single room, they are hoping the rooms will not be smoked in. Didn't ask for a different room because it was Memorial weekend and no vacancies. Not sure they have smoke free rooms anyway. Had to wash even clean clothes when we got home. However....bed was very comfy」
