「Staff and the room.」

「The room was alright, it needed cleaned a litter better..... The staff on the kiosk, was nice, however, the woman was not very kind at all」

「needed extra bedding for sleeper sofa and house keeper brought it to room after i was told by the front desk that they were to busy to deliver to the room this housekeeper asked if she could help me with anything while i was waiting for elevator and i explained to her what front desk said and she told me to go back to my room and she would bring it which she did with in a few minutes」

「If you're looking for a five star all inclusive resort, this is not the place for you. It's a charmingly rustic cabin tucked back in the woods. I've seen the negative reviews complaining about the random vehicles parked about or sheds sitting here and there and to be honest it made me want to book it even more. The cabin was PERFECT. 「Cabin was very clean and well kept. We did have issues getting in the cabin as the electronic door lock would not take our code but was able to call and they were able to get us in quickly! 」
