「Clean and spacious room, great shower! Good breakfast.」

「Overall, excellent value for money. I have stayed here more than once, and again it was very hospitable, and a great place. I’d highly recommend it, for the budget minded traveller.」

「Friendly innkeepers. Clean room.」

「We all loved our stay. The trails, river, birds, scenery, and sauna were amazing. We enjoyed using the tram as well. The outdoor kitchen is pretty well stocked with basic needs. Perfect place to escape life in! We will be back.」

「The property is just as advertised. A very nice, well equipped interior with AC and views of the river. The private outdoor sitting area is nice and includes a fire pit and hot tub. Our favorite amenity was access to the kayaks for a nice outing on the river. We highly recommend Beth's properties.」

「This lovely little cabin was so much more than we expected. It’s a small footprint, but efficiently laid out with plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was clean and comfortable and the manager was easy to contact. The little touches like locally made soaps and fully stocked kitchen (even the stuff to make s’mores) was the gold standard for rentals. We were not there very long, but did get to walk to the creek and spend a little time by the small pond listening to the tree frogs. One thing...

「This was our 2nd time staying in this location (first time in this cabin). We absolutely loved it! Just perfect! Quiet, beautiful, and every detail just well thought out! The hosts are amazing and super easy to deal with. Can't wait to come back next year.」

「Brenda was a wonderful host. Hidden gem can be found in Rocky Retreat. Ambling Brook and beautiful song birds were the perfect accompaniment to the Adirondack wood style accommodations.」

「We truly enjoyed our stay. Hopefully during our next visit we will be able to take advantage of all the great amenities on the property. We were dropping our son off for his first year at Clarkson during this initial visit so we had a lot going on. Everything was as stated, super clean which is very important to us and ample parking (which is another plus with a big truck (and traveling with 2 cars this time). They are also close to many great local restaurants and numerous attractions that are...

「Amazing privacy. Gorgeous riverside view. Beautiful trails. Lovely fragrant soaps, shampoos and lotions. Warm and cozy on a cold November night. Had scrambled eggs on the beautiful refurbished antique stove. A joy to use! Lovely details of magazines, books, binoculars, games, lovely coffee mugs, French Press setup, great cooking utensils and pots and pans. Truly memorable! Hope to be back for sure!!!」

「The location is ideal for walking to local restaurants and festivities during Summerfest. With the window unit AC's, we were able to keep the upstairs nice and cool. There was a box fan to keep air circulating downstairs. The sensor lights were great!」

「The apartment was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Beth answered any questions quickly. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants- and the river area. A great stay!」

「It was a convenient place to stay for a robotics competition. I just wish there had been a shovel at least available for the stairs and entrance to the rental and possibly some salt. It was a bit chilly at night, and broken blinds in one bedroom that hindered privacy from the outside and nearby homes, on the morning of check out we did also find some sort of bugs in the apartment. I did not communicate with the host about any of the issues since I was not getting a response about snow clearing 」

「We were there for our son’s graduation. Wonderful location, peaceful, would stay again!」

「Everything was wonderful at the cabin! Very comfortable, clean and inviting. Hosts really thought of everything for their guests. My husband was disappointed that the fishing wasn't really very accessible. Getting to the river and waterfalls via climbing down a ravine wasn't ideal. And there were signs for No Fishing at the ponds on the property as well. There appeared to be a gas fireplace but the use of it wasn't referenced in the information so I assume it's off limits? We has some...
