"Beautiful room. Stunning building. I was in the Piccadilly room and it has lovely views and is a really comfortable room. Stairs to get to room are narrow and could be awkward if you are less mobile, so bear this in mind. Its a lovely hotel, and I am looking forward to staying again."

"Fantastic, friendly staff. Reception and bar/restaurant is very modern and welcoming. Only down side is I’ve stayed 3 times but can never get the room warm enough unfortunately. "

"Service was very good. Easy to get dinner at restaurant, didn't have to book. Quick service. Room was all good. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner as there were hairs on the bath. Breakfast good apart from the bowls and plates being dirty, had to go through quite a few in the stack to get clean ones. Would stay again. Parking great and friendly staff."

"Lovely staff, great option for room service, lovely facilities for use included in stay. We also had breakfast too! The hotel is a lovely place in a lovely location, peacocks were a great added sight! There were some parts of the hotel that could use a little spruce up but on the whole we were very happy!"

"Room definitely needs upgrading , it did smell bit of wee , the light in bathroom was broken, light on wall was hanging off , I said excellent as the facilities was excellent, sauna , jacuzzi, gym , food was amazing, staff are excellent, but hotel definitely needs a refresher, paint work awlful, carpet terrible, but very nice bed 👍"
