「Overpriced they like to charge for anything possible I been at so many hotels never got charged for being early we was barely early got charged plus property fee . elevators take 25 minutes to get on every time. Pool ground is very rough. They don’t offer breakfast and u have to wait tel 7:30 tel a restaurant is open to order something. They had little coffee shop we ordered muffins and tasted like artificial flavors smelled like chemicals and water almost $30 . U can find a vending machine...

「Very nice 1st experience going to the casino and hotel check in was difficult because we had to wait 45 mins past check in and we had already been on the waiting list for couple hours because we were unaware what time check in was so that was tough. Also the charge for checking in was $130 and it took over a month to get it back into our account」

「Our room was nasty. Front desk blew us off when we reported that our room didn’t have hot water for TWO DAYS! Maintenance claimed they were 15 mins away to check our room and two hours passed with no maintenance showing up. Front desk had an attitude because we kept going back to see when maintenance would show up. We finally talked to a manager and she refunded us $38 resort fee and moved us into another DIRTY room. 「Parking is easy and free. I wish the pool stayed open later. It closes at 8:00. It would be nice if it stayed open until 10:00, so you could enjoy an evening swim after dinner.」

「I absolutely love the fact that the property is smoke-free as a non-smoker it's refreshing to go someplace that doesn't smell like an ashtray as soon as you walk in it doesn't interfere with the buffet or any of the other restaurants. When you play in the casino the points you earn can go to getting a coffee at the coffee shop or food purchases with a discount not to mention getting half off your lunch or your dinner buffet.」

「Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the pool and workout room.」

「Well maintained. Breakfast was great and the pool was enjoyed by the entire family. Only thing upsetting was the fact that they charged us $25 dollars to check in at 2:00 pm. If the room is ready there is no cost involved in letting someone check in early to their room. I think this is just a form of gouging people. Other hotels allow this without being charged.」
