安いが十分なホテル

直前に予約し、宿泊しました。値段の割にはホテルも清潔で朝食もついており泊まるには十分でした。ただトイレの水の流れが少し悪かったように思います。

The Hotel booked by not what I paid for!

when we booked the hotel, we were told that it had a pool and it was not open and looked like it had not been cleaned for over a year. Our stay included breakfast, and they did not serve breakfast or even make coffee in the lounge. The couch in the lobby was so old it had just a old tan cover over it. they did not clean the room between the 2 night stay. Had to ask for extra coffee for the next morning to make in the room and towels.

Won’t stay here again

We checked in around 8 after a full day at a soccer tournament. There was no shampoo in the dispenser and the conditioner was disgusting. The air conditioning barely put out any air and we were told that it would cool off eventually.

little disappointed

We stayed during the Covid so it could have been a little cleaner. Also it really does need to be updated. I was a bit surprised when my room had a full size fridge in it I’ve never seen that. The check in employee on the other hand was very nice and informative. Overall I really don’t think I would stay again except as a last resort. Sorry

The website lies its says it has a pool and free breakfast. The pool was green. When we asked about it they said the owner didn't eant to give the money for it. They also said it was our fault because of covid we should have called. There was no breakfast not even individual wrapped anything or coffee not even in the room. We stayed there last year an it was great so went went back but now we will never go back there. We go to biloxi several times a year. Also the room wasn't as clean as before.

When we first got into the room it was dirty, the carpet was not vacuum and the sheets were dirty and the the tub and sink had hair in it, my daughter went to get clean sheets there wasn’t any so the clerk asked if we would want to switch rooms we did move to another room it also had hair in the sink and tub, then got up for breakfast there was hair in the butter and the clerk went to get more and never brought any, the clerk was very nice I left a note for the manager and have called several times to speak to a manager and never could catch up with one so I stop trying.

The outside was fine. The lobby had a cover over the sofa that didn’t fit. Room had a cloth recliner that I know holds germs. The sheets and bathroom were clean but the spread was awful. Not clean and very old. There was no blanket in the room and there were not to be found as I was told by the clerk at the desk
