「It was my first time staying at this hotel, so I’m comparing it to other hotels across America. I’ve traveled along the East Coast and through the Midwest, and I must say this hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. Great breakfast, fast internet, coffee available all day, a nice pool, hot tub, and a small gym — all these amenities made my stay awesome.」

「Our stay was quite disappointing! Sad to say, the first room we were assigned was musty and had a bad smell. The TV and remote did not work and there was no literature left regarding Richmond and hotel amenities in the room.We were then reassigned to another room which was better. There was a QR code in the new room that could be accessed with information. The bathroom needed work! The body wash, conditioner and shampoo containers were empty. 「Breakfast was not included and pricey. Nice large comfortable room in a lovely safe location.」

「Everything was okay. Some of the lights were fused. Shower head need to be fixed. Closet door has a hole, I think damaged by the security latch because it’s very close to entrance door. Mainly carpet was filthy. 」

「Room was clean. The staff was willing but I had trouble understanding their English. Breakfast was good but same entree every day (scrambled eggs and sausage). Parking was easy and well lit.」

「Not the worst but not the best. The whole place smelled like sewage for the entire stay and felt like the air quality wasnt the best. The staff was nice and greeted us. Wish that cleaning staff came more often. If you need a quick place to stay for one night only, its not bad. Facilities needs some updates and care to it. Maybe just air out all of the rooms」

「Convenient and practical 」

「Pool area was very dirty, water was so cloudy it looked like milk. Breakfast was good until we saw the breakfast attendant sit on a chair , wipe her shoe down then went and wiped a table with the same cloth rag absolutely disgusting! Have to say the gentleman who ran the front desk was very nice he came and fixed our tv that wasn’t working it only took over an hour. I guess for the convenience of being across the street from kings dominion it was good!」

「Yes, full kitchen. Room was clean. The building has a smell and your hear the traffic on I95 like your window is open. 」

「Tub had a big crack in it. An attempt was made to cover it with black tar but poor choice. Carpet soaking wet in room on other side of shower. Told front desk at check out and didn’t seem to care. 」
