「The hospitality at this resort far exceeded my expectations. The staff was respectful, responsive and really wanted us to enjoy our vacation. Food and drinks were endless and solid. The turndown service was the best I’ve ever had at any resort. There were days durning out stay where they tidied up our room two or three times! Amazing place, and will definitely consider returning in the future . 」

Facilities were very good across the resort - Grand Lido guests can use the facilities of the (family-friendly) Royalton and the (adults only) Hideaway. Restaurants try to cater for food allergies, and they ALWAYS asked for allergy details when seating us. Staff were generally really friendly and tried to help when asked.
