「Overall, a great hotel rooms are very small. Staff was a bit cranky understandable considering what they went through with the hurricane food was better than average not great. The beach is one of the best I’ve ever been on.」

「Lovely resort right in the beach. Not too big and you can even go over to the other Riu resort down the beach and eat there too with your all-inclusive bracelet. The beach is AMAZING. Drinks are great, food is good overall. Highly recommend reserving a dinner at the Steak House- our favourite of the restaurants there. Staff were always helpful. Can’t wait to go back!」

「Room was clean but unfortunately my door had issues which cause me a lot of inconvenience before checking out supervisor of the security was not so polite. I made a special request and they was not responsive to it… it was a birthday celebration and nothing was done am not pleased most staff are good though and good food」

「Getting wash clothes and hand towels was like pulling teeth called three days in a row and none were ever in our room. Got to the resort no towels in room. They brought bath towels that they didn’t replace the 8 days we were there. Also room service never replaces shampoo soap etc. I prefer to wash my body and shower on daily. This should be the normal. I shouldn’t have to even ask. 」
