"ロケーションはとても良く便利な場所でした。"

"We stayed here for our wedding photo shoot. The receptionist was very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. Since it was a special occasion, perhaps they even upgraded our room? We had a partial view of Tower Bridge from the room, which made our stay even more special. Although London Bridge Station is a bit of a walk, it’s manageable, especially if you're sightseeing along the way. If you have heavy luggage or a large suitcase, it might be a bit of a challenge, but overall we had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel. Thank you very much!"

"本当にみなさん親切でした。 部屋を変えてほしいとお願いした時も、朝ごはんのレストランの方も、ポーターの方も、みなさん親切でした。 日本より親切かなとか思うくらい、気にかけてくれる感じで、英語できなくても翻訳サイトを使っても嫌な顔せず、対応していただいて、ありがたかったです。 朝食も作りたてのオムレツをはじめ、イングリッシュブレクファストを好みでつくれて美味しいですし、お風呂も部屋も広かったです！ タワーブリッジの夜景もすぐ観に行けるし、 今回、ロンドンのホテル3ヶ所使いましたが、1番オススメです！ ありがとうございました！"

"日本からの旅行で、夫と2人で宿泊。最寄り駅のCity Thameslink からGatwick airportまで乗り換え無しで行けました。旅の最後に泊まり、チェックアウト後にSaint Pauls Cassandralを観光したいことを伝えると、快く荷物を預かってくれました。 お部屋からの景色は見えない階でしたが、バスタブが広く落ち着いた綺麗なお部屋でした。朝食も評判通り美味しかったし大満足でした。"
