You’ll be well placed for the town centre’s shops, cafés, and restaurants, plus scenic walks along the Gravesend Promenade and nearby riverside parks. It’s also a convenient base for exploring London and the wider Kent area.



Getting Around:

- Central Gravesend is easy to explore on foot from the apartment

- Gravesend Train Station is about 2 minutes from the apartment

- Regular high-speed trains run into London (London St Pancras International is stated as around 25 minutes by train, with some services noted as about 20 minutes)



Other Things to Note:

- Sofa bed setup is available on request before arrival for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking)

- If you are delayed by more than 1 hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr applies in addition to any late check-in fee



Late check-in fees:

- For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge

- For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge



For security reasons:

- You may be asked to upload a profile photo if you don’t have one

- No 3rd party bookings (the person booking must be present for check-in)
