「スタッフの対応が丁寧。 眺めが良くて便利な場所にあって快適に過ごせると思います。」

「良い点 ①部屋が広い ②従業員が親切 悪い点 ①到着時間に空港出口にシャトルバスがいなかかったため電話で呼ぶことになりました。 　事前に到着時間を知らせる意味がない。 ②シャワーや洗面台から水が漏れ、靴下がびちょびちょになりました。 ③朝晩は冷えるのですが、部屋が広いこともありシャワー浴びた後が特に寒いです。 ④空港までのシャトルバスの時間を記載したにも関わらず再度確認をしなければならない 　（シャトルバスの用意をしていなかった様子でした）」

「Es un hotel situado en una bonita zona, el exterior es muy bonito con grandes árboles y bonitos jardines, sin embargo la dirección del hotel es simplemente inexistente, las habitaciones están viejas y descuidadas, alquilamos 3 habitaciones y las 3 duchas estaban rotas. Después de 3 días aún no encontraban nuestra reserva y nos tuvieron una hora esperando en el check out hasta que conseguimos resolver el entuerto. El precio fué muy elevado para las condiciones del hotel. Francamente no...

「Given the reviews of the BenMas, I expected something better. The rooms were quite small and very warm without a fan. Many of the outlets didn't work. The food was fair, but limited and the dining room & linens rather run down. Overall, the staff did not seem to be able to solve problems or provide solutions without being pressured to do so (not at all my experience in other Ethiopian hotels). The BenMas is affordable, but I will look for other hotel options the next time I'm in BD」

「値段相応といった感じです。近くにレストラン、お土産屋がある点は、便利だと思います。 ６時半チェックアウト予定だったので、６時から朝食をとるつもりでしたが（６時から食べられると聞いていたので）、時間になってもオープンせず、朝食は食べれませんでした。」

「We stayed at the Dimitri for 4 days, with a 2 day absence in the middle. The staff was very helpful and kept our luggage secure while we were gone. The room was spacious, and the location convenient. The only downside was being on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Good included breakfast and restaurant. Very pleasant stay. 」
