The staff was friendly and helpful. Eden, Mulu and Dawit were always willing to help any way they could. The room was clean with a large restroom and shower. The breakfast was good but it is very expensive to book online. It is good but not worth $30.

Overall, one of the best in the area! A bit expensive though. Breakfast buffet with Indian dish included. The bar, the restaurant at the 10th flor, and the Indian restaurant by the Lobby all looks great. The receptionist are super, welcomes you with all smiles. We had a comfortable stay at Ramada. The service was good and the food in the restaurant Junoon was excellent. They provide airport pick up and drop off, which is convenient.
