「I like every thing, specially the service i get at the cultural dinning room, their food is delicious, the music band is amezing.I stay 4 days and i never go to any hotel or restaurant.The rooms are neet,the housekeepers are very friendly, the shuttle service is on time. Finaly the management is wonderful, from the security guard to the manager they are working team work they help you when you park,take your luggage. I'm from Canada and I am very happy and I will see them again.」

「This is an awesome hotel in the middle of downtown Hawassa. The staff will literally bend over backwards to make sure you are taken care of and have everything you need. The beds are comfortable and the showers are warm. The food at the restaurant is the best I came accross at a hotel restaurant in Ethiopia and the hotel is as centrally located as you can get. 「Good for a single person, but a little uncomfortable for a couple. A clean hotel though.」

「The hotel claimed they didn't have a room available for us, despite our reservation. As a result, we were forced to spend the entire night in the car, which was extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient.」
