Brook. Solo traveller from Canada. Honestly, I don’t know why people give this hotel bad reviews. I had a comfortable stay. Great restaurant on 1st floor that offer al a carte and buffet options. Love the open patios and bar area at the lobby with evening entertainment. Great location at central bole. Walkable to near buy attractions and cafe. Overall I had no complaint.

The location is ideal -it is in center of everything ( restaurant, bars, shopping center etc) Staffs are friendly and happy to help. Breakfast is NOT included when you book online! we were asked to pay $20 per person for a day which is kind of ridiculous for breakfast. Most hotels offer free breakfast. I will recommend the hotel for its location and friendly staff.

First of all, would like to think Mr. Asmaraw who quick to assist me when I was indeed in need of help. Secondly, I would think Ms. Netay who kept my room clean whenever I needed it. She also helped eliminate the old smell in my room with fresh fragrance.

The staff here was phenomenal. From the moment i engaged Azeb in the airport the staff gave phenomenal service. I had an issue at the bar area and zechadddis helped as well as the food and beverage manager. My air didnt work and rahel at the front desk was very accomdsting. The staff makes this place a great place to stay. The area is great with the exception of the beggars and pickpockets. Everything is right there so definitely prime location i would stay there again

I had a reservation and a room was not available at the time of check-in. I asked if my guest and I could each have a glass of wine for the inconvenience and to have something to drink while waiting for the room. Make a long story short, the hotel staff including the manager on duty did not accommodate the request. Personally, I believe a glass of wine is a reasonable ask for the inconvenience; however, the hotel staff thought differently. The unfortunate thing is the staff kept blowing me off. Simply unacceptable and unprofessional. Outside of this incident, the hotel was decent, overall.
