"I stayed at the Central Hawassa Hotel for 5 days in August and must admit that I was exceptionally disappointed. Rooms: While the room contained all the amenities one would except - many of them did not work. The safe cannot be opened, not all the power sockets work, the fridge did not work, etc. etc. etc. While the bedding was clean every day, the hotel does not have stock and I often got new linen that was still damp. "We stayed 12 years ago and it nothing has been updated. A little disappointed. The staff was great. The bungalow, even though listed as having a king pullout sofa and a king bed, only had a king bed and 2 chairs. We had to pay $30 dollars extra to get another bed in the room."
