「Great A/C unit. TV didn’t work, clock didn’t work, toilet flushed only half of the time, had to ask for a coffee maker twice and still didn’t get it. No phone in room to call front desk. Exterior doors not secured. Evidence of more than five interior room locks having been broken or damaged. Left with only a chain lock. With all that, the staff was super super kind and friendly.」

「No hot water, dusty and musty room, phone did not work to contact the front desk, swirls all over the mirrors, door didn’t shut properly. Pool was freezing Staff is apologetic and great. Breakfast was good.」

「Had a little trouble checking in because we booked third party and didn’t get the instruction text. However we were next door to a very loud dog and the staff went above and beyond to allow us access to another room away from the dog if it was still barking at bedtime. Luckily it was not and quieted down when the people came back from dinner. But the offer was very appreciated. I also liked having 3 separate beds when traveling with teenagers. Thank you!」

「There was mildew on the curtains and bathroom walls. There was an unpleasant smell in the room. There were stains all over the carpet. But it was close to a lot of fun things and a cheap price.」

「案内された部屋が別棟で車で移動しなければなかった上に予約していたのと違う部屋に通された。部屋は変えてもらえたが再度フロントまで行かなければならなかった。別棟にはエレベーターも無く荷物を持っての上り下りが大変だった。夜、寒かったので暖房を入れたらとても臭く窓あけなければならなく寒いし不快だった。」

「隣接のレストランに8時に行くとCloseと言われた。 到着が遅くなる場合は、近くのスーパーで冷凍食品を 買うか、ICの出口付近のファストフードを持ち込むしか ないかと思う。」
