「I cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly advise other travelers to avoid it. It is disappointing that such a poorly managed property exists in an otherwise wonderful country like Switzerland. I booked a “Superior Room, 1 Double Bed” through Expedia for June 8–13, 2026. The Expedia room details showed a 24 sqm Superior Room with a sofa/sitting area and space for 3 people. 「A young front staff is very kind and nice. But when I wanted to book the shuttle bus, that was awful. I needed to wait like 10mints and the manager? Who wear business suits did not say anything. At the end, I just gave up the booking. No friendly, not good service.. it was on June 21, 2019 I never come back」
