She was helpful and provided great instructions for the property. Lots of space for the family with a cozy living room and a giant Tv! Loved the balcony also! We woood love to stay here again!」

「Spacy rooms with fans and blinds. One bedroom is towards the street, noisier and warmer, the other 2 are very good.Kitchen has all the necessary equipment. Unfortunately the ironing could not get plugged in the sockets. Washing machine and dryer are downstairs in the basement.Very good and communication with the host, reacts fast.」

「I cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly advise other travelers to avoid it. It is disappointing that such a poorly managed property exists in an otherwise wonderful country like Switzerland. I booked a “Superior Room, 1 Double Bed” through Expedia for June 8–13, 2026. 「A young front staff is very kind and nice. But when I wanted to book the shuttle bus, that was awful. I needed to wait like 10mints and the manager? Who wear business suits did not say anything. At the end, I just gave up the booking. No friendly, not good service.. it was on June 21, 2019 I never come back」
