「清潔な客室だった」

「テレビがつかなかった」

「Only thing I didn’t like was a band was hired for Monday night to play in the lobby. Really annoying to relax or sleep.」

「The room maintenance could definitely be improved. During my stay, I experienced problems with the toilet, TV, and telephone, and I had to change rooms three times. The quality of service at the front desk also seems to depend heavily on the individual staff member. I would recommend staying at this hotel only if you are comfortable communicating and negotiating in English, as you may need to be persistent to get issues resolved.」

「部屋は清潔で問題なかった。」

「Will come back」

「プール」

「The rooms were cleaned daily and kept spotlessly clean. The front desk staff were helpful, and breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.」

「コロナ以前に宿泊した時と比較して、ホテルのサービス全般のレベルが低下したように感じます。」
