Hotel lobby was nice, the room was okay. Front desk staff who checked us in wasn’t very friendly or helpful with information. The elevator had missing buttons. It didn’t give enough time to load the luggage cart and our family. The door open button was ripped off and couldn’t be used. My kids went up with the luggage without us.
We loved the balcony with the view of the pool, the mountain, and the lake. We were on the 4th floor and looked down on the beautiful scenery early in the morning and later at night where everything was lit up and gorgeous.

Enjoyed the stay, clean rooms and friendly staff definitely will be returning
Staff were extremely helpful and the hotel is very nice. Had dinner at the Tavern it was delicious, played pool . Highly recommend this place we plan to come back in warm weather
Staff were friendly amenities were great restaurants were ok. But the elevators were on working and the indoor hot tub was out of order. Everything else was great.
Room wasent clean 100% and the resort dident have any activities. The restaurant dont have to many choices and the food prixes to hight. The receptionist was not nice at the welcome to the resort
I would never stay here again. The resort is very dated which I could have dealt with if the services were working. Two of the three elevators didn’t work so we used the stairs during our stay because it was so ridiculously slow. Our balcony had one chair that was ripped and broken and the slider didn’t work so you couldn’t lock it and could barely get it open.
We tried to eat dinner at the tavern and there was one girl working the entire place. We sat for an hour and a half before we even got food which wasn’t what we ordered. I ordered a salad which finally arrived at the end but I had snacked on fries so by the time it arrived I didn’t even want it. Almost every employee was rude, especially when I tried to check in, the girl working the front desk was not helpful at all. The only positive was the Starbucks girl who was extremely helpful.
It was so crowded which I guess is typical at Christmas. We could barely find parking to hike the mountain. We had to pop the curb and park in the grass. If you are looking for a quiet back to nature spot, this is NOT it. It is very touristy.
The rooms booked were not available upon checkin. A refund was requested by the hotel staff

The hotel staff was amazing. The rooms were clean but the hotel itself seems very run down and needs maintenance. Doors didn't close properly, specifically the balcony door in my was hard to open and close. The women's restrooms in the pool/ gym facility is warped and hard to close.
The shuttle driver was great, very informative about the park and attractions.
The restaurant was the worst part of the visit. I had prepaid for the full breakfast and will not do so next time. First I was charged almost 3 times the amount of my breakfast total to prepay. It started badly when the hostess completely ignored my party and spoke to the group behind us in line first. The man in the group had to tell her we had been waiting first and they didn't want to skip us in line. The server never asked how I wanted my eggs, just brought them scrambled, even though the menu said sunny side up and I wanted them sunny side up. The breakfast meats seems to be microwaved not grilled, baked or fried. The food was luke warm except the second plate she brought out with the correct eggs. She did not even tell me that the second plate was being made. I had assumed she forgot, since she also forgot the refills on drinks. 20 minutes went by and we were waiting for the check and togo boxes when she looked over and requested another server grab our refills loud enough for us to hear from across the room. She never returned to our table. The second server had to help us to the end of service.
You cannot see the Stone Mountain from lakeside rooms. It was cold and no fire pit lit either day of our stay. Food was mid from the tavern only a few choices to choose from.
