「The bed frames were a bad choice on their part. You cant move on their frames without waking up the entire room and the adjacent room too!!」

「The value for the money of this place was excellent. You have to pay a small fee for access to the Big Canoe amenities, but it was well worth it. Be aware, this is a cabin-like place in the woods. There are spiders, and lots of them. One or two may even get into your cabin or spin a web on your car. Just remember that you are in their home and you'll be okay. Wifi is spotty at best.」

「It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.」

「The stay was fine. I did appreciate that the outdoor walkway/hall lights were left on at night. That felt safer, especially since allegedly someone called the office posing as my husband (I've been divorced for several years), and I had not gotten around to sharing my location with anyone, not even my family members. The owner/manager did call me before putting the call through, and the dispensed with it when I did not accept the call.」

「This property is beautiful and absolutely perfect for our annual family gathering. Not only is it on the lake with amazing views, the design of the home supports three different “family room gathering” areas which is important when your group includes a majority of adult children with varying interests.
