「Wonderful experience!」

「We had to vacate the property after one night due to a natural gas leak. I had to find another hotel. I would like a refund for the second day of my trip. Overall, experience, was good. I've stayed there before, not disappointing, other than this trip.」

「Very friendly and helpful staff, the room did not smell good, could have been just the town because they have a paper mill there? The ac wasn't working well, we cleaned the filters that were very dirty and that did seem to help some, the shower was great, great water pressure, that to me was the best part of the room」

「Our stay at Hillcrest Mansion Inn was beyond a normal stay at a bed and breakfast. The place was had great views from the wrap around porch and the rooms really were comfortable that provided a historical feel and appreciation of the finer things from times past. The best part of the stay was how welcoming and friendly the host and staff were in addition to the hand crafted dishes prepared by the chef Martha. The 3 course meals will be remembered for a long time because they were so delicious...

「It was a great property for a family. Tons of stuff for the kids and adults to do or just relax by the fire. Great location on a beautiful hill overlooking the mountains. Had a great master suit for my parents who needed a walk in shower. We had lost power at one point but our host reached out immediately to make sure we were ok. Power restored quickly and we went on enjoying our trip. Would recommend this property!!」

「The apartment was extaly as advertised. Our host Patrick was great and accommodating to all of our request. Even for a later check out.」

「We (husband and I) really enjoyed our stay here. It really is quiet and private. It was very clean. Easy checkin and communication. Internet speed is very fast. The grill was great. Fire pit was also nice to have. We hope to stay here again. It would be lovely to have a memory foam bed topper available to those who don't like hard beds. : )」

「We loved this property. It had beautiful decorations and furniture inside the house.The hot tub was very nice. The view of the mountains outside was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the views. I loved all the woodwork inside.It was perfect! This is probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in.」

「The check-in process was very simple. The directions to the location were excellent. We make all of our own meals and did not find anything lacking in the kitchen. The place was neat and had a very comfortable chair and couch in the living room. We would definitely stay there again. My one comment would be to check the water pressure in the shower.」

「We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

「It was a beautiful, quaint house. Comfortable accommodations, friendly hosts, and lovely yard for the dogs! I also felt safe in the area and house, which is a wonderful feeling in a new place. Would recommend to couples, solo females, and groups of female travelers!」
