Beautiful hotel, with superb service (with one exception). The physical beauty of this hotel brings the beauty of the sandstone exteriors to life with interiors which are more than a match. The staff revel in all the material the hotel designers and resident historian and forager have given them to play with. Breakfast and dinner in the Brasserie are superb and the rooms are very large and lush. The hotel is still ramping up and keeping up the personal level of service will be a challenge but...

Perfect location in Sydney for my honeymoon! We received a free room upgrade and once staff learned it was out honeymoon they surprised us with a free bottle of champagne and chilled glasses right at our door. We had a beautiful view on the top floor, and the bathroom was clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

Immensely enjoyed my stay at Medusa. The property features an eclectic mix of rooms to fit all needs, with lots of room to relax in and fantastic toiletries to pamper yourself with. The service is excellent, with Sean and the staff available to greet you and there to handle any needs you may have. The desk is not staffed 24 hours, but there's a concierge service available via phone if you do need to reach someone after hours. This hotel made me feel extremely welcome, relaxed, and ready to enjoy...

My friend and I stayed at the Song Hotel while we were visiting Sydney and we loved it! It was in a great location, right near a subway station and bus stops (and a quick ride from the airport). It was also easy to walk to nearby neighborhoods that had lots of restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, and the dinners we had at the hotel restaurant were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend!

Location was great for all of the tourist attractions and public transit to navigate the city. Great tea in room and clean and comfortable room.

Loved the atmosphere! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Conveniently located next to the beautiful QVB and other shopping. We could walk to several sites from there including the cathedral, Darling Harbor, and one of the stops for the Hop on Hop off bus. The restaurant downstairs was open early for breakfast and the food was great!

The Grace is a beautiful hotel within easy walking distance to Sydney CBD. The rooms were large and updated. Our only disappointment was that when we arrived late morning although the room was ready, they wanted to charge us$50.00 to check in early.

Coming into the lobby space felt really cool., With Great bar area. We Loved the room and especially the location.

I stayed at 202 Elizabeth several times during an extended trip in Australia. The rooms are nice, especially the ones with the large balcony. The staff is outstanding! Friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The included breakfast and coffee were an added bonus. I highly recommend 202 Elizabeth for anyone needing to be around Surry Hills.

The Kimpton Margot exceeded our expectations. From check in to check out the experience was wonderful. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating allowing us to check in early without us asking! The rooms are huge and the amenities are well appointed. Bathrooms are extra spacious with separate tub and shower. The vanity is a woman’s dream, long and well lit. The bedroom is so roomy with space for a couch to relax . The hotel is located in a good area, walking distance to many points...

The hotel was excellent

The suite had everything we needed for a week's stay in Sydney. The kitchen was very equipped. The modern decor was very high end and comfortable. The on-site gym was very good for accommodation with a squat rack, bench press, adjustable incline bench, deadlift bar, dumbells, multi-function machine (lats, leg press, shoulder/bench press), and a few cardio machines.
