「Overall lovely hotel, food was great throughout and pools were so lovely and warm. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and shuttle to the beach was super helpful. Couple of improvements - the tiles around the pooo get super slippy, we saw several kids fall and almost tripped ourselves. The manager who was manning the ice cream parlour was particularly rude and unhelpful and really put a downer on our trip. On the plus side, entertainment staff were great, especially Marc running games before evening...

「The place was super cozy and clean! The staff were all friendly! The room was large and got great sunlight. The pool was also large and the temperature was fantastic, not too cold! 「Beautiful place with a very convenient supermarket connected to the hotel complex. The rooms were large, beautiful, and offered great views. It was easy to catch a bus both towards Puerto Rico and in the other direction towards Maspalomas. Arguineguín itself is quite peaceful, so if you're looking for more nightlife and activity, you should plan on taking a bus or taxi. Highly recommended!」

However their rotation on Sunday on from May 10th was not kind, patient, nor accommodating which brought my review stars down. Would not revisit this place for the crumbling factors were lack of kindness.」
