「A clean, affordable motel」

「Would not stay there again. 」

「The lobby is unimpressive, a bit surprising to be honest. Example, not a lobby I would sit and relax in, very cafeteria like. The elevator sounded like it had had a long hard day, probably needs maintenance. The room was clean, but spartan at best. You might need to bring a small ladder to help you get into the bed, very high mattress, but once you have climbed Mount Everest, the bed was comfortable. My lovely wife, will not stay at another one of these properties for all of the above reasons.」

「The property was good and clean. The staff was helpful. The property also has a free morning breakfast and also provides complimentary coffee at the reception.」

「The rooms were nice and clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast was nice, they had a verity to choose from. There are stores you can shop from. Restaurants to eat at. Close to Franklin and Oil City area.」

「We had a wonderful stay! The place is so beautiful and comfortable!」

「Staff was friendly and courteous, we only needed a few hours to sleep while traveling and it was ok for that. 」

「We were in love with this cabin! It is beautiful inside and out. Huge kitchen with almost anything you could need, comfortable bed, extra towels and linens, so many extra comforts that it felt like a home away from home. The hosts clearly care about their guests. We have plans to stay here again in the future. This is my favorite place I've ever stayed in.」

「Be aware that the "twin bed" is a couch in the living room, and the room with the full bed and twin is a full bed with a roll out twin trundle underneath. Cell service is also limited and there was not wifi. However, if you are looking for a quiet get away--this spot will deliver!」
