「All around good stay, would stay again.」

「The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a nice breakfast. And they aren't kidding when they say "lock view"! It is an easy walk across the street to the visitor center where you can watch ships, some very large, passing through the locks. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Excellent experience! The entire grounds, building, and room are all spotlessly clean. We highly recommend this amazing historic lodge, for any peaceful and quiet occasion.」

「There is no staff on site. You have to do everything by phone. Our code to check in did not work and it took a long time to get into our toom」

「Property was clean and well maintained. Staff was great! Breakfast isn't until 8 am. Depending on your schedule, it may not be a problem. We were able to plan our trail time around that and made it work. I would certainly stay here again.」

「Property was an older hotel with character which is not found often. Walkable to shops and restaurants.」

「夕方からの雨で何度か停電になった。2、3秒の軽いものだったが2時間後、雨も止んで夕陽が射し込んできた頃本格的な停電になった。ホテルの周りの建物は停電みたいだったが、道路を挟んだ向かいの建物からは全て電気が点いていた。 復旧しないのでしょうがなく寝たが、隣のドアが開かずに怒鳴っている人がいて怖かった。(電気ロックなので) 夜中に突然電気が復旧してビックリして目が覚めた。」

「Everything was great except the upstairs people were very loud about 1 AM. I enjoyed the room.」

「Check in was quick. Got the king hot tub room. Lots of pillows which was great. Tub worked but took a couple tries to get enough hot water to run it. Hotel very run down looking on inside… exterior doors were never locked at night.」

「We rented a room off expedia for Superior Place which I immediately regretted. We got there late at night with 2 adults and our 3 teenagers and she asked if I was gonna need more than one bed. I said yes. She then told me that Superior Place only had one bed in the room so they were upgrading me to the Best Western for no additional cost. It was clean and quiet. Pool looks kinda sick but the breakfast was good. So many options !」
