「This a a beautiful clean hotel. Much nicer than I thought red roofs were. Comfy beds, but best of all no carpet in the room so actually clean. Would highly recommend!」

「Office only open 11 am to 9 pm」

「The staff was very helpful . Our GPS stopped working and a staff member went on her computer to print out mapquest directions for us . On the negative side, the TV screen was blown so TV did NOT work . I reported this to staff at check in . We were not planning on watching TV so that was not a big deal . There was a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door , so the cleaning staff missed that one . Other than that , we were satisfied with our stay .」

「What a great place! It was clean and cozy with lots of thoughtful touches- including bringing us pumpkins one day. But truly one of the most unexpected and lovely surprises was the bathroom. I assumed it’d be an outhouse but I was very wrong. It was a beautiful solid tiny building not far from the cabin that was super clean and had hot water, a shower, flushing toilet, and lots of lighting at night. We had such a lovely stay. Comfortable beds, beautiful views, reliable wifi, multiple heating...

「fun! will come again」

「The check in was good. The host is very friendly and polite. She responds pretty quickly to questions. The apartment is located in a small town. It's very nice and quiet. The bed was very comfy. Not having a TV was very refreshing and relaxing. 」

「Had a great stay! Great house, with a great view from the front porch, and a nice big property!」

「Clean and cozy. Well-stocked and private. Really enjoyed the location and stay. Heat/air was amazing.」

「We stayed the weekend visiting family and also visited Cooperstown which is about an easy hour drive. The Art Deco Victorian is a beautiful Victorian home decorate to define its name. Spacious 3 bedroom, corner lot with a great back yard that includes 2 parking spots on an asphalted portion of the yard. There are porches to each unit. We stayed in apt 2 which was more than amenable for a family of 4 with an active toddler and a fur baby. We advise bringing your own play pen or pack & play to...

「Clean and ac」

「Thousands of mouse dropping by entrance. Have to step in to enter. Cabin smelled like mouse urine throughout. Large ants everywhere. Multiple screws loose and missing from stair case in cabin. Very unsafe. We left after one night short of our reservation. We only stayed 10 hours in the place and only because we were exhausted from traveling. Host refused to refund as he said I signed up for a “ cabin experience “. What a joke !!!!」

「The rental was clean and overall we were very pleased. However, the water smelled like rotten eggs which made it undesirable to take showers, washing, and water used for coffee and cooking. Also, it was not easy to contact the owner. We had to call Vrbo customer service line to get their contact info. We left a message on their voicemail but never actually got to speak to them.」

「Property was beautiful would t change anything. Will definitely book again when we are in town.」

「The cabin itself was beautiful, but while driving there you lose GPS for the last 10 minutes. It is very hard to find. You actually have to drive into a grassy field to a gate. The ramp to get into the house does not have a railing and is very slippery in the rain. I fell going down the ramp in the dark while grabbing something out of my car. The solar lights outside do not stay on very long so it is very hard to see anything. I also messaged the host and told her about mouse droppings in the...

「Well appointed with all you could need. Great communication with the host.」

「The property was clean, well kept, up to date and very convenient to walk in town. Recommend highly」

「The location was very remote and private yet close to stores if needed. The camp is rustic but it is very comfortable and very clean. We were visited every morning and evening by many deer who foraged in the front yard for apples. The host was very responsive and pleasant. This is a great place to get away from it all. Very quiet and remote so you can really see the stars clearly at night. Our 6 year old grandson frequently left photo bombs on the animal cams on the property and the owner...

「Beautiful place to stay. Hosts were very welcoming.」

「We loved this cozy place to stay. Matt and Eliza were genuinely friendly and attentive. The cottage is sweetly decorated and the small kitchen has everything you might need for an overnight. Really enjoyed the coffee in the morning. Bed very comfortable with extra blankets. The little fireplace in the sitting room put out a nice warmth for the cool Sept evening. The cottage is in a rural area, which means some winding around on country roads to get there, but well worth the extra effort. One...
