「The hot springs were excellent. Getting down to the river to experience the hot river water was another story. We could not find a clearly easy way to the river without hopping over large dangerous river rocks so we had to forego that. Staff was little help with that problem. So we were disappointed as that was the reason we came. The hotel rooms at Mt Princeton are relatively expensive. We stayed in the cheaper "Hillside" rooms which were also expensive but were the only thing available...

「The room was nice and clean, the only reason I didnt give 5 stars was the breakfast, I spent 10 years in the military eating powdered eggs, and trust me when I say I can't stand them. And the only thing that wasn't bland was the potato wedges」

「This is an older hotel with outdated decor but don’t let that stop you from booking, unless that sort of thing bothers you. Room was clean, grounds were nice, and the hot tub was great. The continental breakfast was very nice with a lot of options and free flowing coffee!」

「This place is perfect for your stay in Salida, Colorado. Clean, courteous, and centrally located. We were just passing through and stayed in The Francis Airstream. Slept 3 comfortably. Highly recommend and we will be back」

「We stayed at this hotel over the 4th of July weekend. We are so grateful to have found this place! It was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Our 2 dogs were welcomed with a low nightly pet fee! The hot tub was amazing. We will definitely be back!」

「Puke in hot tub. Pool had no heater. The guy working there was so kind but obviously over worked and under paid」

「The air conditioner was rattling and very loud. There was something above the bathroom ceiling that sounded like water running that never shut off. When we came down at 8:30 to get breakfast and checkout there was no coffee in the breakfast area or lobby and they were out of eggs and waffle batter. The pool and hot tub were great and our room was very clean.」

「Bed was clean, AC was comfortable, room was large. Floors and shower were not the cleanest. The workout room was lacking (one elliptical, one bike, weight machine). Indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was basic (yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, toast, waffles, fake scrambled eggs). Good pick for the area at this rate if you just need a place to crash.」

「The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and the air conditioning kept the tiny home cool all day long. The shower provided perfect control over water temperature, while the large windows offered stunning mountain views and filled the space with natural light. It was a truly peaceful stay.」

「Clean and tidy. Cute little room. The only suggestions I have for improve is to add nightstands. I've neve stayed in a place that didn't have at least one. Very awkward not having a place besides the floor to sit things like phone, glasses, tv remote etc.」
