「We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and are already planning to come back next year! The resort exceeded our expectations in so many ways. Everything was extremely clean, neat, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, conveniently located, and comfortable, which made traveling with kids so much easier. 「ホテルの前のビーチは白い砂浜でとても綺麗でした。 スタッフの笑顔も対応も良かったのですが、チェックイン時にレストランに予約したのに、予約されていなかったり、プールサイドでの飲食が可能なホテルでしたが、注文を取りに来るスタッフがいなくて、わざわざ自分で注文に行ってまた持って戻ってくるのは面倒でした。 ホテルは広い敷地なので、カートで送迎してもらうのですが、チェックアウトで送迎を呼んでも30分も外で待っていました。 でも、なによりスタッフの笑顔が良かったので良しとしましょう。」

「The food was why I took off a star. Buffet same every day and not all That appealing but the reserve sushi and especially the Italian was dreadful. The Italian was below average ranging to actually not edible. From crunchy gnocchi soup to stale sprinkle on mushy tiramisu. Not good at all. Don't do it if you are going to serve tiny portions that are gross.」

「We had a great stay at the W. It was a beautiful resort with helpful staff. There was some wear and tear on furniture in the room but didn’t impact the stay. It was definitely pricey but paying for the brand. Only thing I wish was that for families traveling the adult only pool is beautiful and we will there were some hours that kids could enjoy the space as well.」

I love staying at boutique hotels close to everything but far enough away for the quiet. The beach area was set up so cute with the lights and the pool area was always clean and personable. 「I LOVED staying here and if I come back to Costa Rica, this would be where I would want to stay. Johnny at the front desk was absolutely magic. Any problem that we had, he had a solution for. We needed some sea sick medication but our tour got back late and everything was closed. I messaged him at the front desk using WhatsApp around 11PM and he went out and found us some!
