カーン・ラ・メール・アグロメラシオン ホテル

「Rooms were clean as expected of Novotel brand. I've been to few of them and I must say this particular property felt a bit lower standard than what I experienced in other Novotel property in Asia and US. Rooms A/c were controlled centrally when you want to decrease so we couldn't really enjoy cool room as a family of four. Fridge in the room was inadequate as it will take a while day to cool anything. Water was available on the ground floor so that was good. Breakfast was adequate but not great....

「駅に近くとても便利だが、いつも柄の悪い若者がホテルの前や周辺にたむろしていて、あまり雰囲気は良くない。市内中心地まではやや距離がある。2泊して部屋の清掃をしてくれたのは良いものの、自分たちが持って行った使い捨てではないカップ2つがなくなっていて、恐らく清掃の際に捨てられたものと思われるが信じられなかった。（明らかなゴミには触られていないのに、なぜカップを捨てるのか...？）」

「列車駅近くで旧市街には遠いが、場所もわかりやすくて、移動には便利。旧市街への移動はトラムを利用すればいい。小さなホテルですが受付にはいつも人がいて親切にしてもらえました。コンフォートルームでしたが、割と広くてツインベッド、バスタブ、可動式シャワー、狭いけれど収納棚もあり、Wi-Fi無料など特に不満はありません。また周りは何もないせいか夜も静かでした。ただ部屋の床鳴りが少し気になりました。朝食は周りにパン屋以外何もないのでチエックインの時頼んで、結果的に良かったです。朝4時から用意されていてコンチネンタルだけれどゆで卵があり、結構満足しました。カーンに行くことがあればまた泊まると思います。」

「The Sure hotel was quaint and clean. The staff were nice and helpful and the food in the restaurant was good. The room was a bit small for taller people and the bathroom was tiny. The location was great to walk to the Memorial de can but far away from other restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.」

「We spent 2 nights here as a family of 4. We enjoyed our stay which is a convenient location for the ferry. We used the pool which was very nice and thought the rooms were ideal for our needs. The restaurant next door is very handy and served delicious food which included a kids menu. We appreciated the good breakfast at the hotel.」

「We travel to France a few times a year and have stayed here a few times, however unsure we’ll return in the future. Stayed in rooms 18,20 multiple times in the past, although they are right up on the top floor and warm they are better than room 16 we stayed in last night. The walls are paper thin and could hear everything from next door. The wooden stairwell creeks loudly so could hear everyone coming upstairs all night. Disappointed we couldn’t get a drink after 10.30pm last night? Considering...

「There was no refrigerator and no cold water to drink. The staff was all very kind and cheerful. The breakfast has no vegetable.」

「Getting into the B&B after hours is a nightmare when you’ve travelled on the ferry and arrive late. They send you a code to your email account but you’re not on Wi-Fi so you have to download there Wi-Fi before you can get not your room. After travelling for 10 hours it’s pretty frustrating.」
