「Room was spacious and functional. Overall clean but areas not easily accessible had debris. Hallways were liminally dated making it an interesting experience in itself. 」

「It was very nice to be able to go outside with the screened in porch. View was beautiful. Beds were comfortable and it was a great time. Some did some fishing and only caught two bass.」

「The location and home were perfect for our needs! 2 adults and 4 adolescent kids. Home was beautiful as described. Was stocked with more than adequate essentials and more!! More so than other rentals we have used in the past. Plenty of room for all activities. We played pickleball out front and cornhole and spike ball out back. The firepit and kayaks provided by the rental were great as well! The hot tub was maybe the best part!! And difficult to find for rentals in the area. ...

「7 family members stayed 4 nights as we watched our son/grandson/brother/nephew play his last college baseball games. The house was perfect for us. Convenient to campus, ball field, meals, and stores. Hot tub was hot and perfect after sitting in wind and cold at the ball games. Nice living / dining area to sit and visit. Molly, our host was helpful and responsive. All in all, a very nice visit」

This property was absolutely perfect as we were away from the craziness of of Brookings on graduation day but still close enough that we didn't feel like it would be a hassle to get to the city. The property was impeccably clean, well maintained, well stocked and cozy. We loved our stay and are excited to return next year. The property was impeccable 」
