「Outdoor pool nice」

「The room was very clean. The balcony was great. Air-conditioning worked fine. The staff was incredibly helpful. We definitely stay here again.」

The Jacuzzi bath that was in the room near the bed was outdated, and the bath itself was dirty along with the motors to blow the water out, the bed sheets were insides out and did not fit, pillows were too tiny. There was little to no assistance from the staff to accommodate guests or address their immediate needs during the interruption.
