「Nice location and good hospitality. Complimentary breakfast is simple but enough for me.」

「The room was extremely clean, air conditioning was ice cold, beds comfortable and clean! The staff was absolutely next level. Extremely helpful and very friendly! The building itself is very unique, with its neon exterior and impressively designed interior! Has a restaurant & bar, places to lounge and relax; with comfortable lighting at every corner. Perfect unique place to stay for road trippers or anyone near 40! Knocked it out of the park!!! 11/10」

「We liked the hotel well enough , the steak house was extremely disappointing… reservations at 7 arrive 5 minutes ahead of reservation and waited for 15 minutes for our table with an almost empty dining room … had people after us served first had to ask for bread after other received theirs, made a face about picking up wine glasses , grizzle in my Chicken Alfredo ( filet was off the chain good ) and added gratuity on 6 people which is usually added for 7-8 and up never just 6 So would not...

「I booked because of hot tub. I know I will need to relax my back after driving for several hours. Checked in and went to room to change, went to pool area and noticed kids in hot tub. The mother said it was cold. Went to service desk and told him about it and he said he thought it was taken care of. I'd like to stay again, but afraid that you would still have problems with hot tub.」

「The restroom curtain was not enough protection to keep the water spilling outside of the Bathtub. IG seemed like they were in process of fixing and it was left half way done.」

「The room was advertised as handicap accessible. The bathroom had fair space and grab bars but the bedroom itself was small and inaccessible considering the furniture. There was no room for a regular manual wheelchair and the narrow wheelchair we had would not fit thru the room between the beds and the dresser/TV stand. The room was not clean (my feet got blackened by simply walking across the room barefooted). In addition, the bathtub was dirty/stained, and both the tub and the sink had mold...

「Valet was excellent! Estephanie and her team were amazing and kind. Restaurant staff very attentive and helpful, we traveled with a group of 5. It was a busy week due to flamenco fest '39. Check-in staff amazing except for this one female who worked Sunday AM 7/21; she could not be bothered with guest. I asked her if I could through some trash in the can behind the desk, she directed me to through it in the women's RR. Then another guest asked the same question and was told there were no trash...

「Wonderful stay. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is under renovations, so some areas are still a work in process. My room was very clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is to ensure that an electical outlet/usb plug is available on both sides of the bed. My room had only a plug on one side.」
