"This property was beautiful and clean. As far as resort food goes, everything was delicious and we didn't have a single bad meal. Servers and bartenders at every place we ate asked if we had any food allergies, even if they'd already met us during previous meals, which is something we haven't experienced as diligently before. The drinks were great with a different variety available at every bar which incentivized us to kind of bar hop throughout the day. There was poolside drink service, and every single member of staff we interacted with was friendly and seemed genuinely happy. We enjoyed the easygoing vibe, and played so much pool volleyball I think that most of us 'alcoholic people' could probably go pro at this point. The beach was washed away in bad weather, and the pool has a few spots that are crumbling, likely due to erosion, but this was alright because they had mats placed across anything even remotely harmful, otherwise the water was warm and clear the entire trip. The best part of our stay, however, were the multiple staff members who made this a great trip and were genuinely fun people to hang out with all week. Special shout outs to Angel and Mariel from the entertainment team, as well as our favorite bartender Orlando who put up with our mischievous attempts at bribery to turn off the World Series but held out for our Canadian friends watching the game. Moises, Roberto, and Eduardo also spent the week taking good care of us. We would definitely escape again!"

"The room was clean and the view over the marina was beautiful. The staff were all incredibly welcoming and the food at both breakfast and Litoral were delicious. I loved the quality and the rich Mexican traditions woven into the entire experience."

"People were courteous but be mindful of the bedsheets and towels. We found traces of blood and brown stains and had to ask for replacement. Food was good and the Halloween celebration are fun for kids. Amazing resort overall for price and all the entertainment and food options."
