「10/10 experience! Not only was the resort beautiful the staff were attentive and friendly. Any need I had they went above and beyond to fulfill. The resort also was a 8 min drive from downtown San Ignacio which was very convenient. My cousin and I left sad to leave such a paradise. Highly recommend and hope to come back in the future! 」

「Le site est isolé et en pleine nature ce que nous avons adoré. (45 minutes de San Ignacio) Les options de marches en nature sont nombreuses et très bien balisées avec en prime des baignades dans des sites enchanteurs. La nourriture est typique et excellentes. Toutefois, certains prix sont un peu élevés. Le personnel est avenant et attentionné aux moindres détails. Un séjour que nous recommandons à proximités de plusieurs attraits (Caracol et Big Rock Falls notamment). 」

Hector was absolutely wonderful — attentive, professional, and genuinely kind. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. The suites were spacious and beautiful, the food was excellent, and the beach massage was truly a highlight — so relaxing with the sound of the ocean in the background....
